This property is first-class. I merely moved hither and feel very comfortable. Maintenance is besides good. It is too a gated ...
complex which makes me experience very prophylactic. I recommend this circuitous to anyone.

Non a good feel

We were one of the offset to move into these apartments. We were promised a gated complex. Ane year after ...
renting...there is no gate. The office manager had her dog running all over and several times was nearly hit by a car. We were accused of non curbing our dog as were several others in the building. If they looked At the camera, the answer was right there. Smoke alarms go off if you heat the oven. The walls are but primed and non painted. If you lot wipe your easily on the wall...the paint comes off. The floors are not hard wood but laminated. The neighborhood overall is not safe. Shopping carts and trash litter the stream behind the apartments. The door to the side needs repaired. Everyone in the expanse can use the pool and you don't know the people or where they come from.

After looking at many apartments I rented a 2 br,2b apartment in a new complex at Patriots Way 1511 Ciastal Lane, Myrtle ...
Beach, SC, 29577. I have been very happy with the conclusion. The staff showed 18-carat appreciation in my interest in the apartment and were very helpful in the awarding process. The rent is reasonable and the deposit low. It is a very clean, tranquility neighborhood centrally located to many attractions, particularly the beach. Really glad I found it.
